Our rental properties in the Chemical Park are well accessible for transport purposes. They offer an optimal connection to the most important transport routes, as e.g. the federal roads B100, B183, B184 and the motorways BAB 9, BAB 14 as well as the railway network of Deutsche Bahn AG.

Whether a single office or an office floor with conference room - our office spaces are appropriate and modern. All storage facilities are approved according to the applicable law. They have fire alarming systems connected to the corporate fire station.

For our storage facilities, we guarantee:

Storage capacities in compliance with safety standards

All warehouses are approved according to the applicable law. They have chemical-resistant sealed floors and fire alarming facilities monitored by the corporate fire station.  All in all, warehouses are admitted to store approx. 250 types of waste according to waste management law (packed or in bulk). They are stored in a packed form.

One warehouse is also admitted for the storage of materials in bulk. Explosive substances can be alternatively stored in one store admitted as per Emission Control Act.

Storage area: 2,800 m² in total, 1,200 m² for inflammable liquids (max. 400 t).
Range of materials for storage: hazardous substances, hazardous and non-hazardous waste (packed) as per KrWG (Law on Closed Cycle Management).

According to waste control law, the warehouses are admitted for approx. 250 types of waste. An explosion-protected forklift is on hand. Even the loading and unloading of maritime containers are possible.
